Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about choosing and purchasing the perfect tiles for your home.

How do I calculate how many tiles I need for my project?

To calculate the required quantity, multiply the length by the width of the area to get the total square footage. We recommend adding a 10-15% 'wastage' buffer to account for cuts, breaks, and future repairs.

Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?

Yes, we offer sample tiles for most of our collections. This allows you to see the true color, texture, and finish in your home's lighting before making a final decision.

How are the tiles shipped to ensure they don't break?

Our tiles are securely packed on reinforced pallets and wrapped in protective layers. We use specialized freight carriers experienced in handling fragile masonry to ensure your order arrives intact.

What is your return policy for unused tiles?

We accept returns on full, unopened boxes of tiles within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I use floor tiles on my walls?

Generally, yes. Floor tiles are durable enough for wall applications. However, wall tiles are usually thinner and less durable, so they should never be used on floors.

Are your tiles suitable for outdoor use or wet areas?

Suitability depends on the material and slip rating. We provide specific 'Usage' details for every product, indicating if it is frost-resistant for outdoors or slip-resistant for showers and pools.
